Today was a great day. Instead of my usual sales motion, I picked up the phone and cold-called for the first time in a long time. This isn’t a muscle I’ve used in a long time. I know many people opt for email and text over any other communications. However, it’s always uneasy at first, but in remembering we’re all human—it takes some of the added pressure off.
